Rajesh founded A ONE GYM with a singular mission: bring evidence-based strength coaching to a community that deserved better than generic workouts. Over 12 years, he has coached competitive powerlifters, athletes, and hundreds of everyday members through complete physical transformations. His expertise lies in progressive overload programming, Olympic lifting technique, and sports performance — backed by a Precision Nutrition certification that ensures his athletes fuel properly for the demands he places on them.
